The Illinois Service Coordination Forum (formerly known as IL SC Community of Practice and CFC SC Trainer Forum) is a place for service coordinators currently working in the Illinois Early Intervention System (and those who support/lead them) to partner and support each other in the very important work that they do. If you would like to become a member of this group please click here to send us a message with your name, email and CFC number. Members have the ability to post comments, request support and share resources with one another. Please remember to mindful when you post and always respect your peers. Email notifications documenting your posts will be sent to the other workspace members so please post responsibly.
